Last october 2012 in the “IV International Congress of Coaches on Sprint Canoeing” that took place in Catoira (Pontevedra – Spain), we could listen to a big amount of good lessons related to  the High Performance Training for Sprint Canoeing, told by some specialist in our sport. My colleagues M. Isorna, F. Alacid and J.J. Román have been able to summarize them in this book: “TRAINING SPRINT CANOEING. Progress in improving the physical, technical, tactical, psychological, nutritional and technological preparation”.
